• Monthly Zoom sessions: Four meetings per month (each session lasting two hours), where we explore topics that inspire and support you on your journey — from managing emotions to facing fears, and everything that matters to you on a personal level.

Dear one, even if you are unable to attend the live Zoom session, the full recordings will be sent to you and will always remain available to you — as a supportive space you can return to whenever you need.
