In order to provide a complete coaching experience with the highest quality standards, we kindly ask you to review the following terms and conditions before confirming your session booking or enrolling in any training course:


1. Booking Confirmation

A session booking is confirmed only after completing the booking process and receiving a confirmation email that includes the session date and time, in addition to completing the pre-session questionnaire.


2. Punctuality

Please adhere strictly to the scheduled session time. The session duration is calculated from the agreed start time. Any delay will be deducted from the total session time.


3. Session Preparation

To ensure maximum benefit from the session, please make sure to:

  • Be present in a quiet place free from interruptions

  • Have a strong and stable internet connection

  • Check your phone or laptop settings in advance

  • Ensure that the Zoom application is installed and ready before the session begins


4. Cancellation or Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend the session due to an emergency, please inform us at least two hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling is permitted once only.


5. Repeated No-Shows

In the event of repeated cancellations or failure to attend without prior notice within the specified timeframe, the session will be considered forfeited, with no compensation or replacement consultation.


6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We are fully committed to complete confidentiality. All matters discussed during sessions (individual or group) are private and confidential and will not be shared or disclosed to any third party in any form.
This commitment represents a professional and ethical code of honor that ensures a safe and supportive environment.


7. Group Sessions

All participants in group sessions are required to:

  • Respect the privacy of all members and refrain from sharing any information discussed within the group

  • Use respectful and positive language

  • Accept differences of opinion without judgment or offensive remarks

  • Refrain from harsh criticism or belittling others’ experiences


8. Full Engagement During the Session

Participants are expected to be fully present during the session and avoid engaging in other activities such as phone calls, messaging, or repeated disconnections. Exceptions apply only in extreme emergency situations.


9. Payment and No-Refund Policy

Completing a session booking or purchasing any training course constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
No refunds are permitted in cases of non-compliance with these terms. Additionally, the value of training courses (live or recorded) is non-refundable, even if unused or unattended, due to their digital and intellectual nature.
